Energy Efficient LED Low Voltage Landscape Lighting
Every Water Your World nightlighting system is designed using low voltage power. Most halogen lights are in the 10w-50w range and provide a beautiful effect when installed properly.
In addition, upgrading to a LED landscape lighting system is even more efficient. Most LED fixtures are in the 1.5 – 7 watt range and require roughly 80% less voltage which will last approximately 50,000 hours or more. This means lower energy costs, longer lamp life, and better “environmental citizenship”.
In addition, LED bulbs create far less heat than traditional lighting. Most manufacturers have an LED feature that senses temperature and will automatically pull back current to cool the fixture down. LED bulbs dim slowly over time, so even after 50,000 hours of use LED will continue to illuminate your property sufficiently.
